Eligibility Criteria for 2026

Excluded Courses
The following programs are generally not eligible for the Chancellor’s International Scholarship:
- Courses at the Brighton and Sussex Medical School (BSMS).
- Online courses or part-time degrees.
- PGCE or school-direct teaching courses.
- Degrees in Social Work (if receiving an NHS bursary).
- Courses that include a Foundation Year.

The application process is separate from your admission application. You can only apply for the scholarship after you have received an offer to study at Sussex.
